Here is what we expect from our applicants at Shipman Family Home Care Inc.:

Eighteen (18) years of age required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Provide quality care to residents
Must have a friendly, caring and cheerful demeanor and display genuine concern and compassion for the elderly
Must be dependable, and willing to follow supervision and perform as a team player
2 Forms of ID (Valid North Carolina Driver License and Social Security Card)
